HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing orders. After this, 10-15 business days for delivery.

DO I GET AN EMAIL UPDATE WITH MY ORDER?

You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your Hoverboard Store order, and another when your order is on its way to you!

DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE TRACKING?

Yes! All Hoverboard Store orders include tracking. It will automatically be sent to your email you provided us with.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We currently accept Credit Card, Bank Transfers and PayPal payments.

I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, WHY DID ONLY 1 ARRIVE ?

When you order multiple items at a time, some may be shipped separately from one of our multiple Hoverboard Store warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t worry if you didn’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

You have 30 minutes to cancel your Hoverboard Store order once it has been placed. All orders are processed once you order, so it is unlikely for us to cancel/change an order; but in some cases, we can. So please make sure you spend some time browsing and order the correct items that you want! Just email us at shop@hoverboardstore.club and we will be sure to help you out.

WHAT IF I WANT TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Refunds are only permissible if the product is defective on arrival. You have 24 hours from the time you receive the package to file for a refund due to damaged merchandise.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELED AND REFUNDED?

When your order is foreseen to have an unacceptable delay, we cancel the order and immediately refund you. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. In the unfortunate event that our Hoverboard Store shows a product is in stock, but it actually is not, you will be refunded automatically. As soon as the product is back in stock, you will be notified and can order again.

TAXES & DUTIES

We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
